New Year's swim in the North sea in Netherlands known as Nieuwjaarsduik is held on January 1 of each year. Despite the cold weather, many people participate in this event. In Italy, during the Hebrew Carnival (Carnevaled’Ivrea), real orange fights called Battle of Orange are held. Family hour is the time of lunch or dinner when all family members gather at the table.
